Q: How can i start my order?
Step 1: Send design artwork and measurement chart or reference garment sample for pricing and confirm price.
Step 2: Sampling per spec and confirm samples.
Step 3: Pay deposit and Start production.
Step 4: take videos or pics when bulk ready.
Step 5: Pay balance and shipment.
Step 6: receive the goods and give feedback for better next order.
Q:What’s your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 100~200pcs per color style, but to support start up business, we are flexible to accept small qty, just price will be higher. if the total yearly volume is big enough, we will evaluate the business as a full package.
Q: What’s the cost of samples?
A: Sample cost is US$50~100 per pc/set, depends on the required fabric and workmanship. It can be refundable if bulk order qty meet the MOQ. Or free 1~2pcs stock sample for checking quality,just need to pay the shipping cost.
Q: Can you give me a better price?
Actually, quality and service are more important than price,you will find ours quality and service is worth paying a littel more and you even will get more than that.
Q:What is the lead time?
Rush order is acceptable,just extra rush fee required for worker’s overtime. As long as rush order is taken, finished time is guaranteed.
Q:What are your shipping terms?
A: Orders can be shipped either by sea freight or air freight or express door to door service. We can work with your designated forwarder or our partners agent to find out the competitive way.
Q: What is your QC system?
A: All the fabric,trims, printed fabric piece, finished goods are all 100% checked according to international standard AQL2.5
Q: What is your payment terms ?
A: T&T (bank transfer), Paypal is acceptabe. 30~50% deposit before production. Balance before shipment.
Q: if i am not satisfied with the received good? What should i do?
A: No worries, contact us immediately. We will work out the solutions for you, we provide excellent after sales service.
